Dallas needs surgery :(

This sweet boy has an immense amount of pressure built up under his eye. We have been referred to a specialist in Columbia but the fees are astronomical. We have been on a series of creams, drops and pain pills but none of that seems to help. Worse case we may have to have his eye removed. :(  He is a wonderful boy with many more years in him! If you are able any help would be appreciated to get him comfortable again!
