Official John Villafranco Recovery Fund

Donation protected
On April 21, 2014 John and his wife Lydia were on the Black River in Watertown, New York, in their canoe when it capsized. We are so thankful that through my brothers efforts and some soldiers who were fishing in the area, Lydia was able to be saved from the river. John however did not make it out and is still missing. He gave his life to save the love of his life and will forever be our hero. Please help us to honor John's legacy and to help my parents and his wife with the unforseen costs of travel, search and recovery efforts and funeral arrangements, that they will be having to take on in the coming weeks. Please pray for his family, my parents, John's beautiful wife, and all those who have been and continue to help search for John. We are praying we will be able to lay him to rest soon. Thank you all for the love, support and prayers you have given our family. We are forever grateful.
