educational, service-oriented trip

Every year, my teachers take a group of eighth graders on an international trip. They have gone to Africa, Costa Rica, and the British Isles. This year, it's the Galapagos Islands! The trip will take place over spring break, so we won't miss any school. Unfortunately, plane tickets do cost a lot of money, so in order for them to make this happen every student going must contribute close to $4,000.  I am not going to get there without some help!  I am also interested in working and earning as much of the money as I can!  If you need any sort of help with childcare or basic household chores let me know!  Thank you so much for anything you are able to contribute. I'm really excited for this once in a lifetime opportunity, to actually visit this amazing place and learn about all the unique animals that live there. I am also really excited to do some service there, and just to travel to a new part of the world!
