Skye of Simmons Farms - Vet Bill Fund

Anyone that goes to Simmons Farm on West Main Road in Middletown knows Skye. He is the sweetest dog and loved by so many. A few nights ago he was hit by a car while trying to help the Simmons family get some cows that had gotten loose.  Though they tried not to get Skye to help, it is his nature to work, and the unfortunate accident occurred.  He luckily did not break any bones or have internal injuries, but has neurological damage which is affecting his leg and suffered severe trauma to his chest, head and body. There is a ot of swelling and soft tissue damage. The vet bills are now up to $1125 and there are more visits scheduled, so we are trying to help them out.  The Simmons family are so wonderful to their community we would like to try to give back. Please help them out with the medical bills.  Karla will donate any excess funds to the Potter League to pass along the good  will.
