Cleo's vet bills

Hello

As you are probably all aware, Marissa and I lost our sweet cat Cleo on Friday 10/30/20. She came down with what appears to be a liver infection and, paired with some undetected diabetic conditions, was just too much. Cleo had only turned 6 this year so we were totally blindsided by this. We hadn't mentally or emotionally prepared for the possibility of living without her, but here we are. Though her life with us with was woefully short, her love and memory will sustain us for a lifetime. Cleo taught us so much about love and she will continue to do so. 

Of course, alongside our grief we now have to contend with her vet bills. Cleo was in the ICU at our local vet clinic for over a week and as you can imagine it's cost us quite a bundle. Though the situation is under control, we are humbly asking for a bit of help dealing with this. 

We want to be clear: her bill is manageable and this is in no way a desperate situation. The amount that we decided on here is just a portion of the bill as we didn't want to shirk the burden completely. We understand that these are volatile times so please: only donate if want to and are capable to. In no way do we want anyone to feel pressured. Your thoughts and prayers are more than enough.
