Breast Cancer at 29

Hi everyone, My name is Toni, and I am raising funds for one of my most caring, kindest and generous friend as she has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and cancerous cells in a lymph node.

 

At only 29 she had been diagnosed with a cancer that every medical professional she met kept telling her how young she was to have got it especially as there was no history of cancer in her family. Her gorgeous son had only just turned 1 when her whole life had changed to fight for her health while still being a fantastic wife, mum, daughter, granddaughter and friend.

 

Since diagnosis, she hasn't been entitled to any financial support. The only thing she was lucky with was sick pay from work, but that has now dropped drastically, and she cannot yet return to work due to ongoing treatment.

 

To help Hannah concentrate on getting her health back on track, I am asking all of my friends and family if they would be so kind as to donate what they can afford.

 

We all know financial struggles can be very stressful, and she has unfortunately incurred debt during this journey and bills still left to pay. Throughout her journey of battling breast cancer which has included 7 rounds of chemo and a single mastectomy with lymph node removal – I am pleased to say they were enough to get rid of the cancer. However, treatment continues to prevent it from coming back as she is currently having radiotherapy, has restarted a chemo drug which is every three weeks until the end of January and will need to continue having an injection every three months alongside taking medication for the next 10 years, therefore, I would love to help Hannah and her family have one less worry.
