Hello everyone,
I’m Shawn Lawson, and I have been on the kidney transplant list at Hermann memorial for over four plus years. I had an aneurysm, and a stroke on July 5, 2017, which left me 50% blind.
Dr Shu discovered a mass on my kidneys which turned out to be cancerous. And I was told they needed to be removed. Ever since then my life has been difficult, but I’m very grateful for my wife and children and my parents but still need more help. We have managed to do somethings on our own but that’s still not enough.
