FOOD TRUCK FUND!!!

Greetings friend, family and future customers!!! I am Chef Tamika L. Jackson. Most know me for my love of food and pastries. I've been cooking most of my life but I've been a professional Chef since may 2002. I've worked in many restaurants across the city of Chicago. I am a proud graduate of Washburne Culinary Institute and The French Pastry School and future operator of a BBQ food truck!

My goal and dream has always been to become Entrepreneur and Businesswoman, bring people along with me on my journey. While working in the in the industry my parents understood my goals and purchesed a food truck as a birthday gift for me in 2007. Soon after that I found out I have Sickle Cell.

I have been dealing with Sickcle Cell for over 10 years now and it is very painful and because of this illness I can't work for a regular employer. Winter and Fall is tough for me. This is why I want to hustle hard between early Spring and Fall. I will not let it beat me or stop me from my goals. This is the reason I am asking for help. The funds that are donated will be used for Licenses and supplies.
