Please help me pay rent this month

I lost my job in February. I've been collecting unemployment since, but I've exhausted my 401k and any savings I had trying to keep up. Rent is $1300 a month, utilities are about $250, and food I buy too. I've sent out over 250 applications since getting laid off and I haven't heard one call back. I was paying $800 a month to a credit card consolidation company but I had to stop that when funds were running low so I'm getting sent to collections. My credit score has since dropped to ~350. I "make too much" on unemployment for any social services assistance; I make 500 a week; they only look at net income and not debts of bills or anything.  SO the $2000 goes before I even buy food and I better hope I didn't use too much electricity.

A lot of my debt is due to medical issues. I was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2018, and between the medications I need to be stable and all the regular neurology appointments I'm in collections from that as well.  And that's not even including the $5000 a pop for just the ER visits + tests/imaging/specialists/ambulance for the ten times I've been in 2 years due to seizures. I don't qualify for medicaid and lost my health insurance with my job. I had to go through COBRA to keep my insurance and that's 450 a month that thank god my parents pay for otherwise I would be in a whole lot worse, and the insurance has an $7800 deductible.

I've gotten to the point where I'm always in the red. I get an unemployment deposit and just bring me to slightly above baseline; every time I go back in the red it's another $35 fee and that adds up to a loot very quickly.

I'm at the end of my rope here. I don't have a car either, and even if i could afford one I couldnt afford any payments or insurance on it. When my unemployment runs out I will in a very bad place.

I am just trying to get out of this cycle of being in the red, going back to black, going back to red -$35 and repeat.

My rent is $1350 a month. If I could get anywhere up to $950 or $1000 of anything anyone could spare it would catch me up and I could end the payday loan cycle with my bank and utilize the unemployment carefully.

Any help is appreciated  I'm ashamed I even have to ask and have to swallow my pride. But today is Thanksgiving, so it seems to be the best time to ask for help.

Anything at all would help. I don't know how I could ever repay you. Have a Happy Thanksgiving and god bless.
