We love you all, and we are completely overwhelmed by all your generosity and the love shown to us. With some cheques, our target of £2,500 has been reached! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!

The Respiratory team at the hospital will be equally amazed by what Phil's legacy has raised.

I will be taking the page down next Monday 10th October - but 'very cheekily' giving it one more plug - It is Phil's Birthday next Saturday, 8th October - he would have been 76.

Phil (Philip Douglas Wigham) very sadly peacefully passed away on August 24th, one day short of our 15th wedding anniversary. 15 blissfully happy years, Phil and me, joined by Treacle 8 years later, and then Bobby for the last 12 days of his life. We had incredibly happy, fun times, where Phil lived life to the full despite all his illnesses in the last few years. We were a tight little unit, and I am completely lost without him by my side.

Southampton General Hospital has been a huge part of our lives, and saved Phil's life on more than one occasion - giving extra special time together. It is our wish that we try to raise as much as possible for the Respiratory teams at the hospital. We would like all the donations to go to The Respiratory Centre (0369). Anything you can give in Phil's memory will be very gratefully appreciated. Every single penny counts.
