Being evicted and desperately need

I have created this page to raise funds for my husbands final expenses. His name is Claude but is better known as Rojo, he is a man of honor and integrity and quite simply the best person I have ever known in my life. He is an Honorable discharged vet from the Vietnam era. He has never been one to ask for help so it took alot just to convince him to use the VA medical benefits offered to our vets. Unfortunately when he started becoming ill our doctor would not hear us. Rojo was grossly misdiagnosed with 1 ailment after another none of which he actually had, and by the time he was correctly diagnosed he was already at stage 3b lung cancer.  This was April 28, 2013, almost 1 year ago to the day. We went through all of the poisonous treatment plans they mapped out and those alone came close to killing him at which time I transferred his care to Karmanos where he had to start everything from scratch. 4 months ago I noticed his balance was off so we did a brain scan only to discover he now had a brain tumor yet we were told not to worry because the lung tumor was now stabilized and he was treated with the Gamma Knife for the tumor in the brain because chemotherapy does not work in the brain. I took him for his check up with the news that the treatment worked...BUT.....Now he has 5 new brain tumors, here we go again, this time around it was whole brain radiation but this would treat not only the ones we see but any other that may be hiding inn the wings waiting to make themselves known.
While we were waiting for enough time to pass before our next scan Rojo became ill and also lost his ability to even walk so we had to call an ambulance and they took him to Botsford. Turns out he now has pneumonia, while they had him admitted anyway they did a full body scan just to make sure he was as stabile as his oncologist keeps insisting he is.. The scans came back to tell us that the original lung tumor has now basically developed a tumor of its own which has eaten 3 of his ribs and is lodging itself in the shoulder joint, He has 2 tumors on his spine, 1 at the C7 level and the other at T5. I was then told it is time to get his affairs in order. My first phone call was to our daughter in Arizona so she could get here as soon as possible. And she did, we are now doing everything in our power to honor his last wishes. He only wants  to be cremated, no viewing or funeral. We found a wonderful place called the Neptune Society. Cody has made the initial down payment but we need to raise the rest of the money because I am on disability and he is on social security and we are barely able to just meet our monthly bills.
This is a man who has always lived by his word, if he gives it you can guarentee he means it. He deserves to leave this world with dignity and that is why I am asking for help. For the last 33 years I could not have had a better husband, and anyone who was lucky enough to call him friend knew the true meaning of the word. We are quickly running out of time and need to meet this goal a fast as we can.
