Help Loki walk and see again!

Hello! My name is jesalyn longoria, my partner and I have a beautiful puppy named Loki! On Thursday May, 5th our lives changed forever. we recently just moved into our new apartment on the 1st of April! We were finally getting everything settled in when we both got the news that our apartment had started on fire while we were at work with our 11 month old puppy Loki, inside. The EMTs arrived and due to the fact of no one being home no one knew Loki was inside, Loki was dead on the scene when they got inside luckily they were able to revive my sweet little boy on the scene and proceeded to take him to maddac until we arrived home. We took Loki to the vet right away on Saturday due to the fact he cannot open his eyes, and he has a horrible cough, the prescribed us eye drops and medicine but just today at 6am loki started shaking uncontrollably so we decided to take him to a different vet to see what they had to say. To some it up, Loki has brain damage. His brain isn’t processing mobility to the left side of his body which is causing the whole side to tremble, causing it to basically shut down he is now unable to walk by himself, eat or drink without My family or I there to help him, and to top it off he said that Loki is starting to lose all vision in his left eye as well, fortunately he isn’t as sensitive to light in his right eye!  Dr. Taylor gave us different recommendations to individual doctors that can help but as you can assume money is tight given this unexpected emergency, we have to take the time to help Loki relearn basic things.

I am currently at the vet and they finally gave a rough estimate of everything he needs to get done, it is one and half page full of every injections and procedure he needs done. I have now changed my goal to $2,500 to at least pay half of what we owe (the estimated $2,247.92-$3,169.97) as of now we can only afford his seizure injections but unfortunately can only take a limited supply home. Words are very hard for me to process right now but just know we appreciate everything that everyone has done and continues to do for our family I can’t express how much this means to us and our Loki.
