Hello,
My name is Anthony Macias. I'm 40 years old, and I have been diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I'm reaching out for everyone's help during this process so I can be able to receive chemotherapy, afford medical expenses, and other bills for my family.
Back in March of 2020 I started not being able to eat, hold down food, and began losing a significant amount of weight. I have now lost over 40lbs.
In April of this year I noticed I had a lump on my leg, and visited the ER over 10 times. A ct scan was finally done, and they found I had swollen lymph nodes in my stomach. The doctors decided that a biopsy needed to be done, and the results came back suspicious. Another biopsy and Ct scan were needed. The new results came back that not only had they increased in size, but new ones were found in my chest.
I have applied for the gold car, medicaid, financial assistance with all the hospitals, and I'm NOT getting anywhere. My wife and I were just married on September 26. She is the only one able to work at this time, and we are on the verge of losing everything. Our boys are learning to cope but we are all scared We're both looking for help until I can get approved for insurance.
