How can I describe someone, when words alone will not suffice. A passionate, kind hearted, fun loving young soul. Josephine K. Brown was a mother of nine, grandmother of eleven, and an angel to many more; was called home to Heaven on August 29, 2015. We were hoping to find other angels who could help assist with the financial burden of carrying out her final wishes.
