Marley's Trampoline for Play Therapy
Donation protected
Hi I am going to run the Bridge run in the Sydney running festival again this year and instead of raising money for just any Charity I would like to raise money for Marley. Everyone who knows me would have heard me talk about Marley, who is my best friend Shantelle's little girl. Marley has a rare genetic condition that means she has significant developmental and physical difficulties, she is the only one known currently with her condition. Because of this, Marley does not fall under any 'umbrella' charity or fundraising group and this makes it difficult for her family to apply for funding for her needs or for any respite. Marley throughout her life will require ongoing physical, emotional, nutritional, play and occupational therapies as well as continuous medical investigations and care. She has the most amazing parents who devote all of their spare time and finances into ensuring Marley gets the best out of life and has the happy upbringing every little girl deserves.
Shantelle and Simon would like to purchase Marley a spring free trampoline to assist with both physical needs and play therapy, and incorporate play with her siblings, as it's difficult to find activities they can participate in together. I would like to raise the money for the Tagg family to be able to purchase this for Marley and would hope that friends and family could help by sponsoring me in the bridge run and making a small donation towards our fundraising goal.
