Help us adopt our 3 precious kids

Our foster children have been with us for 2 year. They were 6 months old, 18 months, and 2 1/2 when they arrived. Significantly malnourished and severely lacking the love and nurturing that they so badly needed. Since April, 2013, we have seen numerous specialists and had much testing done. The children have 26 therapies a week and they require quite a bit of one on one time. They need to stay with us and continue to be loved and cared for and have their needs met. Even though the parents’ rights have been terminated, there is a grandfather that has petitioned for custody. This is the second time this family has had a CPS case and the grandfather has never shown any interest. Even now, it wasn't until rights were terminated that the grandfather (who doesn’t even know these children and they don't know him) has stepped up to ask for custody. We have asked him to just be their grandfather and allow us to raise them. But he has refused. He has made it clear that he has no interest in letting us raise them and he also doesn't think his son did anything wrong and should've never had the kids taken. There is so much drama surrounding the case. We have had several hearings and our attorney does not come cheap. The grandfather plays a dirty game and lies and manipulates the court. He has also asked for a jury trial which is going to get very expensive. We also have to go to mediation prior to trial. Every single person on the case wants the kids to stay with us. That includes CPS, the kids attorney, our attorney, CASA, and even the judge. But since he will receivea jury trial, it could go either way. The kids have live more than half of their lives with us as their family. Please help us in some way. Even just a few dollars helps.  We have already spent about $4000 toward this adoption. We really need your help.
