Hi Jake Foster is our beautiful son. He is aged 13. He has Leigh's Syndrome. He suffers with stiffness in his arms and legs. His one leg is stuck in one position. He is in alot of pain and it is affecting every part of his life. He needs an operation called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy to correct this and let him live his life in comfort. This will involve cutting the nerves in his back thus enabling his limbs to become much easier to move. He was going to have this operation this year but the NHS have now stopped funding these operations. We have appealed, got intouch with our local MP and even started up petitions but to no avail. We was even on Birmingham Central News. Our only option now is to self fund this operation. We will be having a wrestling fundraiser and trying other means to raise money.
