- $100 donation; Get an autographed hero card and an autographed helmet visor.
- $250 donation; Same as above, plus your name on the race cars rear wing.
- $1,000 donation; All of above plus an autographed picture of the car with your name on the rear wing and entered into a drawing to win the rear wing after the race to keep.
- $2,500 donation; All of above, plus TWO Penthouse seats at Indianapolis Motor Speedway to watch the Indianapolis 500 race.
- $5,000 donation; All of above plus, Gasoline Alley garage passes! Get behind the scenes and see all the cars up close. Hang out with the team and driver.
- $10,000 donation; All of above, plus small logo placement on the car, i.e. company logo on front nose.
- $25,000 donation; All of above, plus your company name or logo on front wings.
- $50,000 donation; All of above, instead of two Penthouse seats, exchange for TWO Suite Passes, which includes food and drinks and TWO airplane tickets to the race.
- $100,000 donation; ALL of above, plus limo ride to track race day morning, hotel accommodation, autographed Jay Howard helmet, engine cover space for company logo placement.
