Mission Trip to India

Hello Everyone!

This summer I will be travelling to Kalkata, India where I will be working in the region of Kalighat. As a female volunteer I will be helping to reach and teach women in the red light district in conjunction with "Jewels in His Crown", an anti sex trafficking organization. Our mission will be to help women find a way out of the sex trade, and provide them with other ways to generate income for themselves. I will also be involved in offering an ELS program and Bible studies for the women. As a group we will be completing prayer walks throughout Kalkata to pray for the people in the area. 

My fundraising goal is $3,500. This will cover the cost for my round-trip flight, living accommodations and food while I'm stationed in India during the entire month of August. I realize that you have many demands on your resources, but any amount that you would be wiling to contribute will help immensely!
