We believe art and music are the life blood of our souls, a universal language that bypasses all of our differences. It connects us to the pulse of the creative life force within us all and has the power to move mountains.
This art is not meant to escape or distract, this art is medicine meant to fortify, and give you strength to continue grounding in and stepping forward despite the confusion and fear of the amplified unknown of the present.
After releasing our first EP, Ghost to Ghost, Vol. 1 and receiving over 200,000 streams on Spotify, we are now entering the next phase of our journey and need your help!

Ghost to Ghost was born out of a great pressure. In quick succession I (Zachary Murdock) became a father, Covid hit, and the truth of racial injustice could no longer be repressed. The universe seemed to be testing all of us. It was apparent that more than ever the world (myself included) needed inspiration and art to make meaning of the suffering. The question was, how? How was I going to contribute as I spent the days healing my body, caring for our son, managing the tumult of the ever evolving pandemic and processing the grief around systemic racism plaguing our country and the world. After writing two novellas and reevaluating my life and purpose, I decided to create a series called "The Daily Flows" where I poured myself into writing, recording and releasing a song and video everyday for 212 days in collaboration with Kevin Grossmann and Beats by Ghostwriter as well as many other producers and film makers. Out of this intense creative marathon a musical family began to emerge and Kevin, Beats, Joshua Morales and I decided to officially start a group. Our vision was to create honest, inspired and intuitive music, pouring every ounce of passion we had into making the most authentic songs we could channel all during quarantine, weaving meaning into the collective chaos, loss, and confrontation with the unknown.
We see this collaboration as an offering for the people by the people, seeking to deepen, empower, and uplift. In order to maintain our creative freedom and grow our vision, we are looking to raise $11,000 to mix and master our new EP, film accompanying music videos, write and pitch our animated series and print a limited run of vinyl records. 5% of every dollar we raise will be donated to the “Loveland Foundation” https://thelovelandfoundation.org/ in support of black girls and women of color receiving the healing services they seek.
