Gracie's Heart

Recently Gracie started a violent, hacking cough. We took her into the vet and they told us it was her heart. They sent us to see a veterinary cardiologist.  Turns out Gracie has level 2 heart disease. The chance that it will progress to level 3, or even heart failure, is slight. She's begun meds for her heart and her cough has mellowed, but we're told it may never go away. 

Gracie is 15 and will need heart medication for the rest of her life. We're looking to raise money to cover medical expenses already incurred. 

Gracie is my best friend and we've been together for most of my adult life. We love her so much and are going to do whatever we can to make her comfortable with the time she has left.
