Dear friends,
As many of you know, I'm a self-taught front-end developer who's been working for small WordPress agencies for the past 5 years. I like what I do, but I have bigger dreams - I want to become a full-stack engineer so I can get a more meaningful job that uses my tech skills for social good.
I recently applied and was accepted to Dev Bootcamp, an 18-week coding program in downtown San Francisco. DBC is full-time and I will not be able to work during the program. I got a couple of partial scholarships and have saved up a good chunk of the money I need by doing freelance work, but I'm desperately trying to come up with the remaining funds for my living expenses while I'm at DBC by June 1st. That's 2 months to make an extra $2000.
Y'all, I'll be honest, I'm terrified about quitting my job to follow my dreams, but I'm also really excited! I know a lot of you are broke queers just like me, but if you could spare even $5 it would mean so much to me. Please help me make this happen!!

I've been working on perfecting my vegan donut recipe for a while now, and after a lot of testing and tasting, I can finally say that I make some badass vegan donuts!
Throw a few $$ my way, and I'll deliver an assortment of delicious handmade donuts to you (see the reward levels for more details). I've also got cute donut stickers and pins to offer for those of you who aren't local, can only spare a few dollars, or don't like donuts (what).
