Medical Costs, Suppliers & Child Care

On 03/10/2014, I was a victim of a carjacking.  I was in the car with my 2-year old daughter, when a man tried to take my car.  While protecting my daughter, because of the struggle and the car took-off and the impact of the car crashing into the house, my lower left leg was seriously injuried resulting in the amputation of my lower left leg. 
I've had multiple surgeries before and during the amputation procedure, the recovery time is projected to be a long process, I have no income to provide for my 2-year old daughter & 4-year old son.
My family is collecting donations to help with medical costs, medical supplies, conversion of my residence, and living expenses to help care for my children.
