Tesse's Angels

I have known Tesse and her family my entire life. Her family is always volunteering to help others. Whether it be a fundraiser for someone's medical bills, church, or youth activity, the Jercinovic family is always there to help. Unfortunately, they are now in need. It is our turn to help Tesse and the Jercinovic family. Please read Tesse's story and consider helping Tesse as she faces more surgeries and medical issues.

As many of you know, Tesse Jercinovic has been struggling with Crohn's Disease for the past few years.  This past year has really been difficult.  Recently she has had surgery to remove her colon and is currently wearing a colostomy bag until she can, hopefully, have reconstructive surgery.   TJ (mom) flew to California to be with Tesse while Bob (Dad) and Tony (brother) stayed in Missouri to hold down the home front.  Her surgery was supposed to be relatively uncomplicated, but of course, with Tesse it was anything but uncomplicated.  Tesse has had to be out of work for several weeks for surgery and recovery.  TJ stayed with her for over 5 weeks as she recovered from this surgery.  It has been a constant battle of two steps forward and one step back for Tesse. She is looking at having two more surgeries in the near future that will require her to be off work for several more weeks possibly up to 4 months.  Tesse has exhausted her sick time and vacation time and will be off work without pay.  Needless to say, this has been a life altering experience for Tesse especially with her being so young and working so far from family and friends.
