Please help a farmer in drought

Help us save the family farm devastated by drought. Located just outside of Boorowa, NSW is my dads farm, normally home to roughly 600 head of sheep, those numbers are starting to dwindle.
Dad is supplement feeding with hay but it's not enough to sustain the mob, he's losing ewes and lambs every week due to heat and lack of nutrition.
This week he had to sell a piece of farming equipment to raise funds so he can afford to purchase sheep feed and pay his bills.
After approaching St Vincents and the Salvation Army he was told he did not qualify to receive any drought assistance packages. He tried applying for a once off payment to buy sheep feed and get a load of water delivered to his empty house tank and he was rejected.
His dams are empty - even the spring fed dam which usually holds up well in drought. The water tables are dry, his paddocks are bare and his stock are dying. Please, I need your help.
