Imani's Study Abroad Trip to China

大家好,Hello Everyone,

I am asking for your assistance as I encounter another journey in which I am given the once in a life time opportunity.  With your donations I would have the ability to travel to Nanjing, China to study abroad. This means that I would spend four weeks not only improving  my language skills by being immersed in the language, but also becoming culturally enriched with the Chinese traditions and customs. As some of you may know, this is my fourth year studing the language of Mandarin and I would love to be given the opportunity to implement it  in real life situations. By you investing in me you will not only help me in the short term by giving me the exposure to life across the country, but in the long term you are helping me to determine my future. Being  bilingual will enhance my knowledge and help me  to continue to persue my interest in Chinese culture  and use my knowledge  to bridge or solve problems amongst the United States and China in the future.
