Tragic Motorcycle Accident

Hi, my name is Savanna Hilliman. I am the niece of Cara Christian. My Aunt Cara and her boyfriend Kory were in a severe motorcycle accident on July 10th, 2022; coming home in the afternoon, a lady pulled out without looking and struck them. Then it was proven that the lady in the vehicle was entirely at fault with very little coverage. They both sustained life-altering injuries. Cara is still in Trauma ICU and suffered a broken back with unstable fractures from the T2 vertebrae to L2 vertebrae, which has resulted in screws and rods holding her back together. A broken clavicle, scapula, fractured tibia, fibula, and an amputated left big toe. Kory suffered a significant brain bleed & injuries to his left leg, possibly having part of his left foot amputated. Kory's bike that he had worked very hard on was destroyed entirely. Cara works extremely hard as she was a single mother to her beautiful daughter Kayla until her boyfriend Kory came into their lives when Kayla was two years old. Kory and Cara work extremely hard to provide a beautiful home and life for Kayla. They are loved by many. Cara and Kory have a very long road of recovery in front of them - physically and emotionally. Cara and Kory remain in the hospital with the possibility of future surgeries. These injuries are life-changing. They will need all the love and financial support. Any amount will help. Thank you for your love, prayers and support during this challenging time.
