85 Yr. Old Disabled Vetaran Victim of CAR THEFT

On July 15,2019 my  85 year-old  fathers van  stolen  right in front of his home. Inside of his van was his lifeline which enabled him to continue to thrive as an Artist and to get to and from his many doctors appointments . His loss exceeded 60k .Handicapped equipment valued at over $15,000 , Several pieces of his original Fine art painting andfine art reproductions  were among the contents inside the Van , Mr DuBois had just completed  a Local art festival where he had his Art on exhibit.  My father depends upon the aid of his  handicap equipment as well as a reliable  vehicle to  maintain his health and accessibility.  His van has since been recovered  by the Commerce city police department completely stripped of anything of value and the van itself was badly damaged. We are hoping to replace his van and the electric scooter Lift .

This story  was aired on Channel 31 "Problem Solvers" with Shaul Turner on July 17th. To our surprise, immediately after the show was aired a donor is giving him an electric scooter. We thank you !

We hope to recover some of his losses & anything you would be so kind to donate would be greatly appreciated.

We are extremely grateful for any amount you wish to donate .  Check out his story on the news here:

God bless you!
