16 year old Dadrien Harrison's family

On behalf of the Lake Highlands community, we would like to raise funds for Dadrien's family as they grieve his senseless death. Dadrien was shot and killed last Tuesday, blocks from Lake Highlands High School. We want to rally behind this family and show them our community will support them during this tragic time. No matter the circumstances, violence and the loss of a young life are never acceptable. This tragedy touches impacts all of us.

Dadrien was a junior at Lake Highlands High School. Dadrien is survived by his mother and his three siblings. There will be a balloon release Friday at 5:30pm at the Forest Meadow Baptist Church 9150 Church Rd. Dallas, TX 75231 to honor him. The viewing will be at 10:00am, just before the funeral service which will be at 11:00 am on Saturday at New Mount Zion on Forest Lane.
