Broken in El Salvador

Hello Everyone :)
I am extremely excited to share some great news with you! This Summer I will be serving as an intern with Broken Ministries in San Salvador, El Salvador. BUT I NEED YOUR HELP! The internship is for 3 months from May 16 - August 16 and I need to raise $2,500.
This cost covers:
- passport fees
- international health/trip insurance
- room & board (for 93 days)
- roundtrip ticket
- food
- miscellanous personal expenses
While down there I look forward to serving Richard and Jenn Mullinax who direct the ministry. I'll be connecting groups of churches from the U.S. with different churches and projects around the country. The projects range from children's VBS, orphanage ministry to prostitution ministry. In whatever God has me do I'll have the opportunity to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and all He's done in my life.
Those who know me know El Salvador has always had a special place in my heart and even that comes from God. You not only support me, but are joining in on the great things God is doing in El Salvador. Any amount donated will be greatly appreciated!
So why now? Well, for years I've wanted to serve my roots in El Salvador...and out of the many things Kaleo House (my home church) has taught me it's this:
NOTHING SATISFIES ME MORE THAN DOING THE FATHER'S WORK!
God has always given me the green light to go, I've just been too afraid to go. God has always given me the "Yes" through the Bible, Jesus, and the example He (Jesus Christ) lived. All these years the "˜yes' I needed was from myself. This 'yes' is to die to myself, my ambitions, my personal dreams, and a 'YES' to take on Christ and His humble nature in the "position of a slave" as it says in Philippians 2. And honestly, that's all I want in life - to be a servant of Christ. It is only by His death on the Cross i become a friend, co-heir and child of God. All glory to Jesus.
