GUESS WHO'S GOING TO LONDOOOOON??!!!!!??!!
I am so thrilled to share some very exciting news, which I've been wanting to share with you all for the past week! A lot of you have been such great supporters and encouragers of mine as I've grown and continue to grow as an artist in the theater, and now I want to update you on what's next for little ole me! Last month I had the great opportunity to audition for the British American Dramatic Academy (BADA), and I recently learned that I was selected amongst a handful of other talented actors from the States to travel overseas and attend BADA's MidSummer Oxford Summer Program! I am beyond grateful, humbled, ecstatic, and feel oh so privileged to have been given this amazing opportunity and invitation to study abroad with this school. I've always wanted to go to London and now I have been blessed to not only go, but to study my art and better my craft on a classical level and train with highly esteemed teachers/artists of the stage. And what better way to do that than in Sir Williams Shakespeare's backyard!
As you can imagine this honor comes with a bit of a hefty price tag, and while paying for it on my own is a challenge that I am ready to take on, because it means that much to me and is more than worth it, a little help from you would be a true blessing and that is an understatement. It would mean a lifetime of performances just to know that there are people behind me, supporting and believing in me as I pursue my passion and live out my dreams.
