Family needs car to get Dad to doctors

Our dad is very sick and our family needs help. Our Dad was diagnosed with a glioblastoma brain tumor in 2010 and up until March of 2013 he was doing well after brain surgery, chemo/radiation treatment. He was working and providing for his family. Things took a turn last March when the chemotherapy medicine he was taking caused a stroke. Since the stroke, his tumor grew back very quickly, larger, and more aggressive (he had to stop the chemo which was keeping the tumor small-and manageable). Since the stroke, our Dad has been unable to work, had a second surgery to remove the rapidly growing tumor and started chemo/radiation again. To keep up with the many needs of our family: Mom, two daughters and a son in the US Army Reserves (Mauro the 3rd left after Basic Training to come home to help with the family before his second surgery, and will be returning in June to finish his job training with the Army).

We lost our car due to financial difficulties-repossessed. We no longer have a way to get him to and from the doctors as well as meeting the needs of the family.
