Volunteer Trip

Kumusta kamong tanan! Humanitarian aid. What does that entail? More than building homes and obtaining clean water I think it's more so an effort in that we "lift hands which hang hopelessly down." A wonderful opportunity has been extended to me to return to the Philippines this summer to do exactly that and I need your help! I served as a missionary in the Philippines for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints from 2010 to 2012. I know these people, their language, culture and way of living. As a result I have nothing but unconditional love for them. After a terrible typhoon swept through the Philippines many lives were lost. Those that did live lost almost everything. That's were I come in.
I will be traveling with HELP International, an organization aimed to hep the people help themselves. I plan to be there from May 15 to June 15. Please help me to apply my skills by getting me there. I don't expect to and I can't solve all of their problems, I just need to do my part.
