Military Family moving overseas with dog

We are a military family who is moving overseas due to military orders. The country we are moving to has very strict quarantine laws. Between the vet fees, airfare and quarantine cost it is very expensive to import pets. We have 2 dogs. An 8 yr old pug and 2 year old German Shepard. 

I currently work from home, but will become unemployed as my job position is not transferable. Due to losing an income, the cost to bring our dogs is too much. We are hoping we can raise some of the cost so we can bring our family members. Thanks.
