Courage for Chloe- Chloe's Legacy

Chloe was diagnosed with Leukemia- AML in the Fall of 2013. She is 2 1/2 years old. Chloe's family includes dad Frank, mom Renee, older sister Michaela, triplet brother Trey and her triplet sister Olivia. Chloe is the oldest in a set of triplets! For the majority of her life, Chloe has fought this terrible cancer with a smile and usually just wants to PLAY! Chloe's family has just been told the sad news by the doctors that all traditional medical treatments have failed to cure her. Any excess funds designated by the Medina family will be donated to charites of their choice that they felt connected to during Chloe's battle. These donations will be made in her honor.
