Sam has been diagnosed with Torticollis and Plagiocephaly. He will begin physical therapy once a week in hope that the condition corrects itself. He needs a helmet to put pressure on certain parts of his head. The helmet should make the appearance of his head rounder, but most importantly it will help him build up and stretch the muscles in his neck. Without physical therapy and the helmet, this condition can be devastating and debilitating. My insurance will not cover the helmet, that is why I chose to try gofundme.com.
