There are no perfect words. This is by far the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do.
For those of you that knew my brother, Cesar Joseph Malta (19), we recently received the most devastating unexpected news.
Friday morning my father received a phone call that no parent ever wants to get. My brother was shot and rushed to the hospital and taken into surgery. He was doing ok but then had to be taken back into surgery and just didn’t make it.
This is any parents worst nightmare. This was such an unexpected tragedy for my entire family. We’re mourning and still waiting for answers as the police investigate... in the meantime, what we do know is, there is a funeral to plan for and we are doing what we can to give my brother a beautiful service.
We would appreciate ANY help at all. No amount is too small. We thank you for any donations we receive. Our hearts are aching and we know many others are too. I pray peace and healing for every single person has has been impacted by this situation.
