Medical bills for my dad

Hello all,
A couple days ago, my sister received a call that my dad suffered a stroke. She and I live in the US and he lives in the Philippines. Physically we can’t be there for him. Our stepmom and my half sister is there to watch over him.
For the past couple of years they’ve had no means of income to take care of simple things such as getting checked by the doctors when needed or just buying daily needs to get by.
He is currently in the hospital being monitored daily. We are currently waiting for the results of his CT scan to find out if there is any brain damage. His speech is slurred and it’s very difficult to understand him. He is starting to forget some of the simple things and memories, he is also having a hard time maintaining his balance when they tried to sit him down.
In addition to his stroke, he also has severe rheumatoid arthritis. Most of his joints are swollen giving him a difficult time to do simple things without pain.
My family and I are raising money to help pay for his hospital bill, medications to alleviate any problems, and therapy required to help our dad get back on his feet.
