Funeral/Headstone Fund

This fund is to help raise money for Andre Ortiz. He was a 26 year old male who recently passed away from cardiac arrest but lived with Wilson's Disease since the age of 13. Wilson's Disease is when the liver is unable to remove excess copper from the body. The copper accumulates and causes liver failure. Andre has undergone (2) two liver transplants in the past 13 years.  Sadly, on March 27, 2014, Andre lost his battle. Due to the numerous doctor's visits over the last 13 years, the funds are not available for Andre's funeral costs and headstone. We are attempting to raise $2,700.00 for his expenses.
