Hi I am Amber and my daughter is Naomi, we want to thank you for everything ahead of time. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!
On Wednesday March 19th 2014 our 3yr old daughter Naomi was attacted by a dog (blue heeler boarder collie mix). He bit the right side of her face and caused serious damage to the nerve and glands. She was transported to a level one trama center where she was admitted for 3 days. Durring that time she went through 2 reconstructive surgeries and so many different meds I cant list them all. Now that she has been discharged she has many follow up visits and more than likely another surgery in the near future. We do not have any insurance coverage because of cost, we are paying out of pocket for all her bills, including her meds outside of the hospital, her transport to and from appointments, the follow ups and the largest one of all the hospital bill itself. I have included her picture to show you her personality and her strength before, durring, and through out all her ordeal. This is the courage and strength that she has and the love she shares. This is our beautiful Naomi.
