Jake’s surgery

i've had jake for the last 15 years and my pap bought him for me as my first real pet. this passed summer jake had a mass removed from his wing in order to improve his quality of life. when the healing process began, i noticed there was another small cyst that must have been missed during surgery. i was told by the vet to leave it go and it should be fine. over time the mass grew bigger to the point where jake can no longer fly. he is still extremely joyful and LOVES playing with his bells and singing. the only option at this point is amputating part of his wing in order to remove the mass. i would appreciate any help in order to get surgery for my sweet boy.
