Baby kitten

This kitten needs to go to an emergency Vet ASAP she is very poor condition High fever neurological issues large wound on her backside from possible animal bite. She has been vetted and started on antibiotics for five days which is not helping it’s wound needs to be cultured to determine what antibiotic will work best for her we are unable to get her fever down and stay down. She is breaking my heart. Please anything will help me help her. Please share as well   Thank you
