I have received an amazing opportunity to participate in an internship in the Philippines this summer with Asia Pacific Media (APMedia). APMedia is a christian organization that promotes Christ-like values through the production of video dramas, films, print publications, and radio brodcasts.
The internship will last from May 17th to June 19th and I'll be be located in Manila, Philippines for the first three weeks helping with the production of mulitple projects as well as helping to train their own Filipino staff. The final week of my internship will be spent in Tokyo, Japan where I will have a project with a campus missionary. I'm incredibly excited for this oportunity as I've never been able to do anything like this before. And I know I will learn a lot during my trip and I know God will do many-life changing things in me.
All of you know that I am someone who hates asking for money but I simply don't have the funds to go on this trip. Overall I need to raise around $4000 to participate in the internship, but thanks to a huge blessing provided just a few days ago I only need to raise about $2000. I know rasing $2000 in just a few weeks is a huge task but I'm certain it can be done. I ask that you please consider helping me raise the remaing funds needed for me to participate in this amazing oportunity, I would greatly appreciate it! I fully understand if you are unable to provide any financial support, but I ask that you at least keep me in your prayers as I prepare to go to the Philippines and Japan.
