Punch out cancer for Patty

My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic lung cancer on May 19th 2017. She had been feeling ill for a month or 2 but thought it was a virus and continued to see her primary care doctor. While at work on the 19th a co-worker commented that she wasn't looking well and should go to the ER.
In order to help care for my mother I moved home from North Carolina with my daughter. The last month has been a whirlwind emotionally, physically, and financially for our family. My mother has insurance but that doesn't cover everything. My father has had a difficult time working due to trying to help care for my mother and take her to treatments and appointments. My parents have worked hard and honestly their entire lives and do not like to ask for help. My hope is that any help my mother can receive will help her get the treatment she needs without struggling with financial worries.
