Bobby had been getting sick on and off for a couple months, fever, chills, night sweats, weight loss and loss of appetite and energy. After many trips to the doctor Bobby was diagnosed with Endocarditis (a heart infection as a result of bacteria getting past his Mitro Valve Prolapse) He was in the hospital in Key West from February 14th-19th where he had several procedures done to further pinpoint infections and treat the issues. He was released and sent home with a 12 week recovery plan of antibiotics via PICC line in his arm. Through this treatment, rest and love and support Bobby seemed to be getting better slowly. After two weeks of being home Bobby and his girlfriend, Jess, went to bed Wednesday March 5th. Jess woke up around 5am to find Bobby not responding, not breathing. Bobby's roommate and Jess immediately called 911 and started performing CPR. Bobby was taken to Upper Keys Medical hospital where he was revived after his cardiac arrest and stabilized in order to be medivac'd to Mount Sinai in Miami Beach, FL.
