Help Carol get back on her feet

My mom has had such a bad run of luck. Last year she fell down stairs and injured her shoulder and broke bones in her foot, watched her cat get killed right in front of her, lost her job, lost her insurance and couldn't afford her COPD medication, IRS took her refund and it took months to get it corrected, major car trouble, and now this. She thought 2020 was going to be her year. Well, last night the NW Houston explosion blew out all the windows and collapsed the ceilings where she lives. She woke up to glass breaking and sheet rock falling on her. Luckily she was not injured but now doesn't have a place to live. She's taking classes to get her CNA license so she has to stay in Houston. She would appreciate any help. Seriously, anything.
