Losing it all OR gaining it all?

Thank you for being interested in what I am doing, it means so much to me to have your support. I can tell you that this is not an easy transition, but nothing is!
Come February 22, 2020 I will be hopping on a plane to volunteer at Christ Church Guest House for an unknown amount of time in Jerusalem, Israel. If you would like to learn more about Christ Church, check out this promo video is: Christ Church Video . I currently have a 1 year volunteer visa, but my visa can be extended to 2 years if needed. Christ Church will provide room & board and meals. I will be responsible for everything else.
Why Israel? Two years ago I started seriously seeking the heart of God for the call on my life after watching a sermon by John Bevere called Driven By Eternity . The video clip that was played at the end of his video really drove home his point and got me thinking. I didn't want to go through my life doing good churchy things, I wanted to know specifically what God had planned for me on this earth. Throughout the past two years the Lord has spoken to me personally, through friends and even complete strangers about how I am called to Israel. Without going into detail I will just say I wouldn't be surprised if a tree turned around and said to me "Sarah when are you going to Israel?", thats how crazy it has been! But, it has also been very incredible. God has a plan for my life and he has a plan for Israel. My heart is to follow his plan and be a catalyst to help Israel and the jewish people in anyway the Lord leads.
I have many people tell me what I am doing is courageous and I did not agree with them until I sat down to think about it. They are right, this takes serious courage because this is very scary and I have no idea what is going to happen in Israel in the coming months/years. In addition, as you know, when you are a volunteer, your income is $0. I am Ieaving behind my family, friends and the life I have built here. This includes my business, Bethla Massage & Wellness that I have worked very hard to build up and I am happy to say is very successful! But I choose to leave even though everything seems to be going right here, and I won’t let the fear of the unknown stop me any longer. The burn on my heart to step into the unknown and work for the kingdom of God is far greater than feeling safe and secure in the warm cocoon I have here in Bethlehem, PA.
I want to encourage you to also kick fear in the face and follow your dreams, it will be worth it!
Remember FEAR is just False Evidence Appearing Real.

I am so thankful for everyone in my life whether you are a family member, friend or client, I truly am grateful for you and I hope you know your prayers, thoughts and support are vital to me as I go on this journey.
