Save my home

I thought I'd give a little more back story. As I've mentioned, I moved to Farmington, pa from pgh in 2009. After living in "associate" housing for about 5 years, a friend of mine was selling her house and I decided it would be perfect for me and my poodles.  It sets on 2 acres, has almost 1/4 acre fenced in for the dogs and a big 2 car garage. I couldn't get a mortgage or loan because of my credit (many bad decicions made when I was younger) so decided to ask mr. Hardy for help, as I knew he had done it for others in the past.  to my surprise, he said yes.  It was set up, I could have the payment taken directly out of my pay. However, there was a contract. I had to figure out how to repay the loan on demand if I was ever "released" or quit. No problem, I was set. I had job security....or so I thought.  So, here I am, on the verge of losing the home, and my dream. Even though I pay my mortgage ON TIME, if not sooner.  The thing is, I don't blame anyone but myself. I should have listened to the warnings. But, I had confidence in my skills and "assumed" I would be "safe" I was not. Which is why I need to finally pursue my long-time dream of owning my own salon.  Of taking my passion to the next level. Taking care of the "rejected" dogs that were kicked out of every other groom shop. Taking care of the geriatric pets that others are afraid to take on or won't take the time with.  Every dog deserves to have  their spa day, and I love taking that older pet or misunderstood fur-kid and doing my best to help them out.

Im a simple dog groomer that's been giving doggie makeovers for over 20 years. In 2009 I left my life, job, and family in Pittsburgh to take my dream job in Farmington, pa. I thought it was going to be the last job I ever had. I bought a house after living in employee housing the first five years. This past April, for no reason, I was let go. I am now on the verge of losing the home I love and worked so hard for. The home I wanted to turn into a groom salon/dog sitting business. In a perfect world I need 90k to buy it outright. But 10k would cover the amount needed to cover closing costs, appraisal and the leftover needed after the loan my mom is getting to help me save it. I HATE asking for help. As an only child raised by my single mother I'm very independent. But I'm asking for Help to save my home and foster my business growth, and passion for pampering animals. Thank you and God bless.
