Adrian Toto: A Battle In The Brain

This GoFundMe Page is for Adrian Toto, my son. On December 10, 2013, he was diagnosed with a brain tumor, a right posterior fossa mass meningioma. On December 12th, neurosurgeons at UNM (University of New Mexico) Hospital in Albuquerque removed 90% of the tumor.
On March 27, 2014, Adrian began a series of 33 radiation treatments at UNM Cancer Center to hopefully eliminate the residual tumor and to stop the regrowth of this agressive, non-cancerous growth.
Fortunately, a large amount of the resulting medical bills are being dealt with through the hospital's financial assistance program. However, there are still significant outstanding bills, co-pays, and ongoing medical treatment costs that he and his wife, Jessica Troy, must deal with. Adrian was unable to work for several months, but is now working as much as he can while undergoing radiation treatments five days a week. His wife, Jessica, is a doctoral student and a teaching assistant at UNM. My intent with the creation of this page is to assist this young couple with these expenses, more so than what I am able to help with by myself.
