Health Issues

I have been in and out of the doctor for the past month with no explanation or diagnosis on why I am still sick.  I get exhausted from simply taking a shower and larger tasks are just feeling impossible right now.  I have been put on leave without pay from work, and am currently trying to get the documentation done to be able to work from home or receive some sort of disability pay while this is sorted. In the meantime, our bills are piling up and we used up the last of our savings.  As much as I hate asking for help, we are at the point that it is necessary.  Any and all assistance is appreciated and will go towards keeping our household running until such time that I can find a job to do from home or the issue is identified and fixed.
